Both sets have been officially produced in souvenir sheet format with proof sheet perforated and imperforated with 3 very important VIP handsigned, 1. The Prime Minister 2. Minister of Information and Technology & 3. Thailandpost CEO. Also included master design of the King's portrait on gold 22karat plaque.
