Cover was opened on the left and sealed by brown tape and white label with wording “P.C. 90 OPENED BY EXAMINER 1924”. Lower left corner punched 2 holes. On obverse bearing circular censor No. 7 and bi-lingual label “PAR AVION”. F.(1)"
