"1903 Registered incoming mail from Tokyo to Bangkok via Hong Kong addressed to HRH Prince Devawong Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the time, affixed with Japanese postage stamp tied by single-ring cds dated 36-7-8. On reverse bearing G.P.O. HONG KONG transit cds dated JU 16, BANGKOK 2 transit cds dated 2.7.1903 and KRUNTGHEP 1 arrival cds of same date. On obverse bearing TOKYO, JAPAN registration label No. B997, label in red Chinese character and Thai texts in 3 lines rubberstamp reads “MINISTRY FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS/dated 28 July 122/4489” in red ink.
