"1928 “King Prajadhipok Issue” 15st.(#250) block of 20(4x5) lower left corner with margins, unlisted variety plateflaw, variety on position J4. Unmounted mint. Fine but , lower margin stains. Rare. F.(20) Note: Newly found variety by Khun Khwanchat Wongjantip and colleague accidentally found this constant plateflaw “J4”. In theory there are 4,000 panes so there could be 4,000 value existed which looks rather common to find one. But they searched through many collections and dealers' stocks and fortunately managed to find only 1 sample which is this one. So everyone picks up your tweezer and let's make a search and see how many more we can find. “
